Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa hal antara lain: pendataan pegawai secara keseluruhan melalui SAPK sejak diterapkannya belum pernah dilakukan, namun segala urusan kepegawaian tetap berproses secara inkremental melalui SAPK dan database yang disempurnakan melalui data PUPNS; pengolahan data belum berjalan dengan baik; prosedur dan tata kerja belum dilakukan tepat waktu; SDM pengelola SAPK belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknologi Informasi sudah cukup baik karena sudah dilengkapi komputer dan juga jaringan internet walaupun dengan <em>bandwidth </em>yang masih rendah. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan SAPK <em>online </em>pada BKD Kabupaten Barru belum  optimal.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong> : Pendataan Pegawai, Pengolahan Data, Prosedur, SDM, Teknologi Informasi.</p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The </em><em>problem analyzed in the study was about support</em><em>ting </em><em>a Computerised Personnel Management Service System (SAPK) at the Lo</em><em>cal </em><em>Personnel Board (BKD)</em><em> of Barru Regency. Th</em><em>is study </em><em>applied a descriptive method </em><em>with a qualitative</em><em> approach. Data w</em><em>as gathered using observation, interview and document analysis.The results of the study revealed several findings</em><em>, such as: a comprehensive employee data entry through SAPK had not been performed</em><em> yet, though all personnel data transactions were performed </em><em>incrementally through SAPK, and database was updated through PUPNS; data processing had not been well-executed; work procedures had not been done on time, and employees managing SAPK had not </em><em>ever been trained</em><em> yet. The Information </em><em>Technology was adequate as it had been equipped with computers</em><em> and networks, although with </em><em>quite low bandwidth. This showed that support of online SAPK at BKD of Barru </em><em>Regency had not been optimum.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em> :Data entry, data processing, work procedures, human resources and information teknology.<strong></strong></em></p> ER -
