DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED EMPLOYEE CREDIT POINT MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM AT THE SOUTH SULAWESI PROVINCIAL FINANCIAL AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISORY AGENCY

Abstract
Monitoring functional-position credit points is an important part of personnel administration because it is related to employee career development. At the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), credit-point monitoring is still conducted manually using Excel files and managed by one staff member for 123 employees. This condition creates an administrative burden and makes data retrieval and updating difficult. This study aims to analyze system requirements and develop a web-based information system to support employee credit-point monitoring. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Waterfall development model. Requirements analysis was conducted through interviews and document analysis of the previous monitoring process and Excel files. The PIECES framework was used to identify problems and system requirements. The product was developed using WordPress, PHP/MySQL, XAMPP, and web hosting for online testing. Product testing used Black Box Testing with a Guttman scale on seven main functions. The results show that all tested functions operated according to the defined test scenarios. The developed system provides login, employee-list, Excel-upload, search, data-editing, and score-board functions for credit-point monitoring. The study provides an applied solution for supporting the digitalization of credit-point monitoring administration at BPKP South Sulawesi.
