MENDORONG PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI LOKAL: PENDEKATAN DEBIROKRATISASI UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DI KOTA BAUBAU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pola debiroratisasi dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mendukung UMKM. Metode penelitian yang gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe eksploratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah debirokratisasi, seperti pemanfaatan platform digital untuk memberdayakan komunitas kreatif, penyederhanaan proses administratif dalam penyediaan dukungan modal dan pelatihan, serta penerbitan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan UMKM, telah meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan responsivitas layanan bagi UMKM. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala struktural dalam ekosistem UMKM yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhannya, seperti akses terhadap modal dan infrastruktur yang terbatas. Selain itu, implementasi kebijakan dan program-program pendukung UMKM masih belum optimal, menyebabkan keterbatasan kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDRB. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk lebih mendalami faktor-faktor struktural yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan UMKM, seperti akses terhadap modal dan infrastruktur, serta melakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut terhadap implementasi kebijakan dan program-program yang mendukung UMKM dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor administratif dan institusional yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya.
