Abstrak

Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kecacatan dan kematian di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat. Dampak stroke tidak hanya mempengaruhi individu, tetapi juga keluarga dan masyarakat. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Antara terjadi peningkatan kasus tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model layanan rehabilitasi stroke berbasis masyarakat di puskesmas Antara Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi komponen penting dalam pengembangan model dan faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model melibatkan pembentukan tim multidisiplin, penerapan pendekatan holistik, pelibatan aktif keluarga dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal. Faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas meliputi lokasi layanan yang dekat, biaya terjangkau, keterlibatan masyarakat, edukasi, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan mencakup pengembangan program pelatihan, perekrutan tenaga kesehatan rehabilitasi, peningkatan integrasi dan komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan, pengembangan sistem pemantauan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan penguatan kebijakan terkait. Implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan rehabilitasi stroke berbasis masyarakat, serta mendukung pemulihan pasien dalam lingkungan mereka sendiri.
